Are your prices inclusive of VAT?
Yes – all prices shown include UK VAT at 20%. A full VAT invoice is available for every order.
Will your taps work with low water pressure?
Most of our taps and showers work from 0.2 bar. Check the specifications tab on each product, or contact us and we’ll advise.
Do you offer trade accounts?
Yes. Plumbers, fitters and designers can apply for trade pricing – just get in touch.
Can I collect my order?
We currently deliver only, but we’re working on click & collect.
How do I care for brushed brass?
Wipe with a soft damp cloth and dry. Avoid abrasive or acidic cleaners, which can damage the protective finish.
What does the guarantee cover?
Our guarantees cover manufacturing defects under normal domestic use. Wearing parts like cartridges are covered for 2 years.
