2. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email to confirm dispatch. We may decline orders, for example if an item is out of stock or mispriced.

3. Prices & payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT. Delivery charges are shown at checkout.

4. Cancellation

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you may cancel within 14 days of delivery. We extend this to 30 days for unused items – see our returns policy.

5. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything that cannot be limited by law.
