Changed your mind? You can return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

How to return

1. Email hello@arcomhomes.co.uk with your order number.
2. We’ll send you a returns reference and address.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
4. Once received and inspected, we’ll refund you within 5 working days.

Exceptions

Items that have been installed, used or cut to size cannot be returned unless faulty. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.

Faulty items

If something is faulty, contact us and we’ll arrange a repair, replacement or refund – and cover the cost of return.
